Holder response to Reset Notice
(a)
Holders may within 15 Business Days after the issue of a Reset Notice give one of the following types of written notice to the Company in response to a Reset Notice for a Reset Date:
(1)
a notice stating that they do not wish to continue to hold their EPS (Holder Exchange Notice); or
(2)
a notice stating that they wish to continue to hold their EPS on the terms which apply with effect after the Reset Date until the next Reset Date (Holder Acceptance Notice).
(b)
If a Holder does not give a Holder Exchange Notice or a Holder Acceptance Notice within 15 Business Days after the issue of a Reset Notice, the Holder is deemed to have given a Holder Acceptance
