Is it fair to say this up-ramp did not come true?

It is possible to find 100s of these type of comments from various users. I understand your beliefs in this share but unsubstantiated up-ramp is equally bad as down-ramp.

Besides that, the above post is incredibly well written and have tons of pointers and are in my eyes not even close to a down-ramp. Well done OP.
