Mate I know you are trolling but you're not even doing it well, you are just embarassing yourself.
1) Dilution is about shares not $, that is just amateur;
2) The deal is far from done and I think has almost zero chance at current basis;
3) There is a business on the other side that you are acquiring so again, that is not dilution. Perhaps overpaying and there is a share issue element but you are just so off the mark.
Take some time do some reading and maybe you can improve to troll at an intelligible level.
