Positive media is around things that aren't material. They are talks about talks. Nothing concrete as yet.
$50m was raised earlier this year for institutional investors at 70c a share. They are still in handsome profit even at these levels, so they selling has been carefree for these holders. They can get out, book profits, and when something occurs which they believe will see the SP reverse, they re-enter if they wish.
