    the difficulty of course is the execution and discipline

    Sally's is a simple yet perfect trading plan. Almost straight out of Chris Tates book

    The execution is where we fall down.

    There is a massive difference between knowing what we should do and actually doing it.

    It is quite amazing how difficult discipline is
