my broker says 3.25 dont pay more, page-5

How can your broker know what the shares are worth when we don't know, in fact no one knows what Tattersall's vision for the future is and how they intend to use shareholder funds. We have some idea but not much. Perhaps the beneficiaries have a better idea and that is why they are holding on to the shares.
I suspect they will use the model they have been using for lotteries here in Australia (that is taking a small part for running the lotteries and leaving lion's share to government) and transfer it to other countries. They have already started in South Africia.
