Sign up to independent reserve..sell your ripple back to BTC ETH or BCH probably wherever you bought your ripple. Send through to independent reserve, then sell on there into AUD and transfer to your back account.....
You can also pull coins into cash through 'living room of satoshi' to or pay bpay bills through there which for some reason won't affect your capital gains taxes for some reason... Check it out....
Personally though I'd be holding but yeah you Deff want to have done kind of idea how to get out....
