    To simplify what you said

    unit cost per pound = (cost of milling ton of ore*tons of ore milled)

    all dived by (tons of ore milled*grade * 2204 * revovery )

    40.75*170085 all dived by 170085*.0105*2204*.736

    =6930963/2896975

    =2.39

    If grade was 1.5 instead of 1.05

    then unit cost would have been $1.67 under this formula. You would have to add around 5 cents for the extra concentrate processing costs due to the higher tons produced. So around $1.72

    Over the next 6 months we should see recovery move higher towards 80% and the cost per ton reduce to under $40.

    The key remains grade.

    The mining plan says grade will improve to be above 1.5% in the 4th QTR

    As a said the grade for the last 7 quarters were 1.72,1.79,1.64,1.65,1.56,1.43 and 1.08
