@Arthur A I think I know why they went quiet after September. Keep in mind that this is only a fan theory.

Pre Sept 2015 they were purely focused on individuals looking to rent out their cars
Post sept 2015 to around March? they refocused on the B2B space and focused on corporates. That took longer than expected.
Post March or so they realised they actually had a great platform, with great white label prospects. Again they refocused on this new idea as an opportunity.

Each change in strategy was brought about by customer feedback and a greater understanding of the opportunities available to them. IMO they don't drop the ball on previous strategies when they find a new one but they do have to allocate scarce resources as they see fit.

These guys don't have a lot of resources. I just hope they prove enough of any one of the above in time before others figure out what they are up to.
