I believe you to be correct Malmanu, I have noticed a few million of the rights have been bought over the last few days.
This would beavery easy way for OW to pick up a few million shares without influencing the share price too much. In fact I wont be surprised to see in their next trading statement that they sold shares yesterday, today and probably tomorrow, then were net buyers after that.
By the time of closing for the rights issue (Dec 11), I would expect the price to have risen substantially, this is a common occurence in rights issues.
