Their last CR wasn't at the best of times and they raised over $7mill easily (more than they wanted). Next time around with decent revenues now flowing in and a blockbuster product in Phase III trials I doubt they will have any problems whatsoever raising a similar amount of money if required.
The market isn't exactly humming along right now either, not alot of money flowing into speculatives, but if you have something quantifiable to sell, you'll always have interest.
