That's right this_is_it, as the man said we don't have any of them "wise guy" crooks over here in our little part of texas. Take Poseidon for example, damn canucks tried to tell me it was Australian - I of course wouldn't have a bar of it! LOL
In all seriousness, I'd expect some discount for scrip, some more for being canadian scrip, but surely the biggest discount must reflect the perception that the sp of the acquirer will come down by a fair percentage.
