just got off the phone with Henry. Couldn't really say much other than it is abiding by the asx rules on reporting positive AND negative news so if we ain't hearing anything, it means the company is progressing.

i DID however clarify the licensing situation and whether both facility applications are being looked at together. he stated that most of the prelims of the new application would have been fullfilled by the already processing application but not sure on whether ODC would grant together or seperately.

and what he did say is that the company is ready to go with staffing and resources (could this have been the 1.2m fpos) so that when the licenses do get granted, they will be operating straight away.
