So true Rezok , Its this thought of " timing " that always concerns me , thinking you will wait for a collapse , thinking you will sell and buy in cheaper ..I have seen it time and time again over the years and it never works .

If you are not intersted in property ..thats great , dont buy any , but dont try and talk someone else out of entering , or talk someone into selling .

This is a long term transaction , that works particularly well as a back stop for other forms of investment . But its not a mining Spec ..

So if you are not intersted in it ..research something else were you consider you will make money , for at the end of the day , thats what we are here talking about .
