Timing is an intersting issue .

Of the choices are 1.Do nothing 2 .Do something 3.Think that you are somehow going to " time " the property market .

My suggeation is quite simple , if you are going to " do nothing " ..nothing is going to happen , therefore what is even the point of making a post on property ? ..Go make money elsewhere ..Why not ? , trade some spec stocks .

But to suggest that an annonomous , doomsday poster , who may have never ever owned a piece of property , is going to present the " guiding light " of timing ..to secure my intersts , is beyond Crazy .

My point was to try and " time " the property market is ridiculous eg: Selling in Brighton because the market was high ( in his view ) ..Now , will never , ever ..Get back there .

Thats just silly .. So is letting posters sow the seed of doubt , and I for one have read a lot of rubbish here over 10 years .
