I guess I am a little more open to input than some others. I don't consider 'holders' of any asset class to be more knowledgeable than 'non-holders'.
I am still amazed at the pure ignorance of some posters with regards to possible market movement. I wonder what wise words our friends in the UK, USA, Japan would say to Australian property holders?
Well, lets hope we never have to experience the likes of their property market collapse.
