Great work guys. But even if 20,000 of us did write in ASIC they will not do anything if note IMHO. I think something far more substantial needs to be done. Anyone on here know if we can challenge high frequency trading etc in court? Shorly there is something some where (maybe even the constitution) that suggests everyone requires equal access to entering into purchase/selling contracts on an arms length basis?
I use CMC markets through my Suncorp Share Trade account and just resently lost the ability to check the individual depth in the buy and sell orders to check volumes in the cue. So I can't drill down and see where my order is in the cue anymore. Another example of retailers getting a raw deal.
I will send a complaint to ASIC regarding LYC and to my broker regarding the maker depth issue.
