My concerns and questions

I would like a discussion on my concerns and questions from people who are more wiser than I.


PSL has 4.5 billion shares on issue. Lets assume that the company consolidate. As currently the amount of shares on issue is a concern to many investors, myself included.
In regards to performance rights. If a person has them issued prior to consolidation, so in this example of PSL current price @0.003 and lets use 20-1 ratio which is from PSL Resolution 7 – Consolidation of capital announcement 28-08-2019.

30 million are issued if the SP gets to 0.006¢ for 20 consecutive days, within 3 years of the date of issue and another 30 million if SP gets to 0.009¢ for 20 consecutive days, within 4 years of the date of issue.
Using the figures above and assuming a consolidation.
4,500,000,000/20 = 225,000,000 shares on issue after consolidation.
0.003¢ x 20 = 6¢ Share price after consolidation.

Technically the SP after consolidation is @ 6¢ which is 5.4¢ above the Performance Rights of 0.006¢ and 5.1¢ above the Performance Rights of 0.009¢.

Question 1: Are the Performance Rights consolidated also IE 0.006¢ x 20 = 12¢ & the 0.009¢ x 20 = 18¢.
Question 2: Will the performance shares be issued after consolidation.
Question 3: Will they receive 60 million shares immediately after 20 days of consolidation because the consolidation price is well above the share price of the target prices of (0.006¢ & 0.009¢?
At 60,000,000 x 6¢ (0.003¢ x 20 assuming consolidation) means $3,600,000 performance bonus!
