I am in pretty heavy with ADY and am still confident all will work out.
It wouldn't be wise to not have some concerns though.. at the moment my main concern is to do with the demerger. If anybody has other concerns or would like to discuss mine, i'd be happy to see further discussion.
Demerger - we all expect an announcement that it will go ahead soon, but the demerger is completely reliant on the ATO ruling of whether or not CGT will be waived for the RLL allocation. If it's not, then Phil has publically stated that they will not demerge!
