OK what goes: ADY are fighting off legal action from the recievers for the immediate reypayment of a loan for $10.0 mill due 30th Sept that they claim Opes director Anthony Blumberg agreed to delay a month before the stockbroker collapsed???
Can they repay this?? if not what goes with the Cia Minera Santa Barbara mining project in Chile??
PT lost 18 Mill ADY shares held via a securities loan the day Opes went down, but it's taken six months to concede that he doesn't control the bulk of the rest of his holding 23.5 mill shares and now has aprox 5 mill so whats he going to do ramp em up to 0.40 and buy back, sure
