from what I understand , EPE directors weren't 100% honest with the market, they hyped up the price and then issued lousy news, I could be totally wrong here and apologise in advance if I am. Neo seems to be a totally different issue, I have a better feeling for it. I initially was tempted to buy EPE at 34 cents but the longer they took about putting out the announcement the more worried I became. And really for the announcement that was made , did it really require a trading halt?
