    As I posted at the time, return on assets in Jaya looked inferior to the existing Mermaid fleet. Just couldn't see why that needed to go down that particular road.

    Also didn't like the apparent enthusiasm of Jaya shareholders to do that particular deal.

    Anyhow, MRM has been a one way street running south ever since,
