I bought in during the March 2020 covid market crash. What intrigued me most were their casino products. Stocks were so volatile then, so just a guess the bottom. My average was .084. Then right after went as low as .055. Sold enough at .24 to get back my initial investment in Jan. 2021. Now letting balance ride. Now my concerns.

1. Since that sell of .24, the stock has been in a steady decline. The price now is near the low of March 2020
2. The frequency of cap raisings. Correct me if I am wrong, but already 2 in 2022 or since the end of 2021 with a 3rd right around the corner. More dilution
3. The staff, admin. and corporate costs are ballooning. Over 3.9 million for just the most recent Q end. That is over 15.6 million on a yearly basis. That is insane. Which brings me to number 4
4. They said over one year ago they would be cash flow positive, now that is pushed ahead to FY 2024. I do not see it then either, unless they drastically reduce their staff, admin. and corporate costs
5. When they listed in USA, it was all cheers and endless reasons why it was so great. With the recent delisting there, their tone has done a 180 degree swing
6. All their long term projects have now been put on hold
7. Another product I was eagerly looking forward to was this unique, ground breaking technology for the sports industry. This has been and is still mentioned on their website for over one year. Just assuming it is now in the category of long term projects put on hold?

In conclusion, since I have ridden the roller coaster since my purchases and partial sale, will ride it out. If the dilution gets to 1 billion or more shares, then I will be out. I do not like holding stocks once they reach and go above that level. Too much risk for reverse splits and any movement in stock price would need something substantial. Good luck to all.
