Gday Tydec,
You raise several interesting points.
1. A new MD most likely would make current shareholders happy
2. If Glasier was announced as the new MD the share price might jump.
3. All is not lost and the ride continues.
The reality is all 3 points are happening but a small vocal minority is not happy. the part missed is Glasier has access to capital in these tight markets. Not all companies have this ability and BLR does not have access to capital.
The other part is a person based away from the mines does not have a good handle of events on the ground. Someone in Perth is not going to be able to bring HT into permit compliance, state compliance and into production on time and on budget. But someone that knows the Colorado regulators, the law makers and lives in the vicinity of the mining area will not only have support of the locals, but also will understand the quickest path to production.
