You and your boss can try to steal the company but the shareholder who poured their hard earned money into the company won't give it up that easily. As for Mr Haynes, he has nailed his own career's coffin with the way he has disgraced himself and sold out the company after years of stealing the shareholders money. But as sure as there is justice in the world he will pay badly and so will you and your boss.
