I could be wrong, but I think the Sunday Complex still needs a new Environmental Assessment and an updated Plan of Operations from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (see Energy Fuels Inc.'s 2013 Annual Information Form dated March 26, 2014). Also, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's document management system does not appear to include any documents referencing ablation with respect to the mining permits for the Sunday Complex (Sunday Mine: Permit #M1977285, Topaz Mine: Permit #M1980055, West Sunday Mine: Permit #M1981021, St. Jude Mine: Permit #M1978039, Carnation Mine: Permit #1977416). Someone might want to ask Mr. Glasier about this.
