Honestly, do you really think there is a case for a class action? The JV is a failed business. There is nothing illegal in a failed business or partnership. BLR put in the money and the other side put in the technology. It was a bad partnership. I have been telling you and the others since the quarterly release that the word diverge means it is over. Thst word was used again today. No one wanted to believe me thst the JV is basically over and BLR is out of money, out of options, except Glasier can save BLR shareholders. Or you can watch BLR financials in 3 months get a 'not a going concern' comment from the auditor, and then the shareholder rush for the exit starts. I won't say I told you so.
