My cynical expectations, page-10

In my 15 years of investing in miners I have been through this scenario before. The management get more from a sale by extending the life of their jobs and bonuses for 10+ more years than they do from losing a large portion of this money to rewarding non-management shareholders. What I do not completely understand is the role and extent of power of I.G. in this company. If I had a better understanding, I might know better what to expect; otherwise, I have seen this movie before and do not care to see it again.
