Sisy, the question I have is how much will AGS need to keep in the bank to fund other projects?
Even if we sold for $200m, and they decided to keep half of that in the kitty, then we are looking at a potential special payout/dividend of approx. 29c.
Would $100m be enough for us to work on other projects? Will we get $200m?
I know if I'm going to buy a house, I'll buy it at market value, not on what the suburb "could" do in the future. In AGS' case, if there are long term contracts that has the U price at more than the current spot price, then that would be taken in to consideration. What the "experts" think the price will be in 2020 or whatever will have minimal impact on any selling price.
