Gumtree - we have no idea, hence the angst
Sludge - I understand your frustration and anger. As part owners of AGS we've been kept too long in the dark. And the SP hurts. And hurts badly in my/our case. Can't sell 'em. can't shoot 'em - only give them away !
We have a quarter share in a first class mining project that has passed all the stringent milestones and is now finally producing. But the SP sucks. .. What worries me more though is that, in the absence of a successful sale, we might lose 14.9% if NURA excerises its DS rights within the next 3 to 6 months - and at a ridiculously low 10% of the VWAP . Then there's the option they have to acquire another 25.1%. At the current SP we wouldn't be adding much to the $14m or less we have in cash.
I've re-read the notes on our alliance with ITOCHU and, unless I'm missing something, can't see why ITOCHU wouldn't want to exercise and convert. Especially if Japan is moving in the direction of re-starting selected reactors. ...
Not cynical - just worried as share holders are left groping in the dark for any snippet of information, or a even a hint of reassurance from our leaders.
