LET ME SAY THIS "IT COULD HAEPPENED TOO MANY PENNY STOCKS, PDY MANAGEMENT JUST HOPING THIS WAS LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL"

perhaps it could have panned out if all parties had time and without market pressure.

ignore those experts on h/c who after the horse had bolt will keep saying "I told you so".
