1. buy ur self a great blender. 2. breakfast 2 kiwi fruit, a slice of rockmelon, watermelon (seedless), a banana, some lemon juice, an apple, 1/5th cup frozen blueberries and finally 250ml oj and a tablespoon spiralina. 3. as much coffe as u like. 4.a tin of campbells country lable soup, i insist the best and please try it. 5.dinner as you see fit or what ur partner makes up to u, and feel free to have a couple of glasses of wineor beers.
