This hasn't hit the radar yet of a number of people. It will once the half year is released and the turnaround is in the P&L and balance sheets and not in announcements that these people have not read yet.
When that occurs they will then go read, research and forward calculate. Based on financial data on other stocks that have turned and with margins and profits far below TOX then I would not rule out a possibilty of TOX trading on a forward pe in the range of 30 to 50 in the future - assuming no negative news of course.
