I did not get a reply to my enquiry and I think that they are not going to announce this event based on previous patterns re annoucements: I checked the announcements concerning earlier clinical trials(eg phase 11a) and noticed that there was no announcement about the first patient being treated,only announcments about commencing the phase 11a trial (which was also done for phase 11b in February this year) and then announcements later stating that patient recruitment had been completed for the phase 11a trials.
I am thus going to assume that patient recruitment has begun and maybe the next big announcement will be the granting of Orphan Drug Status - which was predicted to be approved "within 6 months" (MR's words) from last year's Investors' Conference - August 09.
