Well, you wont hear anything from MRM about it!  Jaya told the press though and the ONLY place I read about it was in this snippet which lacks detail...

Not a peep in the Annual either which surprised me as I wanted to read what was 'misrepresented' about the Jaya asset.... and what warranties were breached.  Curious given the very large price tag of that very recent acquisition!
