the Permain has increased ......b/c its prob the cheapest place to drill .....
with the fall in rig utilisation in the USA .....and the "typical" peakiness in a shale prod well .....the OP has the potential to rebound reasonably quickly ......
it will take some time for this to flow throu to additional expl / development spend .....so (imho) the initial impact on MRM will be muted .....
the geopolitical games ....also have the potential to impact supply
