They may have performed some type of DST but serious flow testing can go on for many days or
weeks and there was no plan to do one. IMO If they take the next step to appraisal then it means they are expecting it to be commercial but it wouldn't be declared as such because there is no guarantee with appraisal drilling just an high expectation, which in Senegal offshore would likely mean a minimum of 100-150 mmbbls. recoverable.
Many appraisal wells get finished as future producers and hopefully will be the case with SNE
