Clearly like most micro / nano stocks in the sector, major shareholders clearly took a view and no doubt imposed it e.g. do as I say or no more capital contributed - when market cap gets this low passing the hat around and raising $7.50 from the rest of the the share register becomes pointless ! The Board has looked at the saying pi#( or get off the pot ! and the have gotten off opting for something as opposed to risking a nil armageddon scenario. Disappointing but smart if TAR shareholders get two bites of cherry e.g. stay in at asset level on AIM market (complicated but still in the game), and what ever lottery project gets put in TAR Australia is a free option for shareholders. Kodal assets and people are rubbish so no value other than accessing new capital that is keen to support West Africa as in Australia its still too early for most.
