"My view is good assets honest team but wrong market"

If you're a long term investor, aren't those exactly the kind of opportunities you look out for, i.e. companies with great prospects, quality management in a beaten down sector that's getting zero attention?

A lot will depend on overall market sentiment - if the PM's market changes then money will flood back into explorers in the more risky jurisdictions. Those that get lumped into the "risky jurisdiction" category that actually arent all that risky (i.e. the IC) will see the most gains, IMO.

Not yet a buy for me, but certainly worth keeping on your watch list. If PM's sentiment turns, TAR should be one of the better plays.
