If you have a look at Figure 4 on page 5 in Hartleys Report on Pen and also Figure 1 in Pens 27th Nov Announcement, you will be able to see the direct correlation between the two. And of course how much of a big deal that aquisition really was.
In Hartleys Report it shows Ross circled and what parts Pen still did not have control over. Now in Figure 1 it clearly shows that same area(enlarged)now in Pens control.
