Re CCE, left it quite some time ago and don't intend to go there just now. I haven't studied the latest progress but some time ago it wasn't their plan to have a cash issue. Difficult to judge this one now they are not the only one in the field anymore, IMHO.
May need to follow some more statements to know where they are going.
Re SIE: Biotechs spend some money as a rule; the current share price of 6.2 cents and the number of shares after these placements don't impress me.
Still their latest move may bring some results; who knows?
