Listening to gurus as you said..i agree....they are alwalys talking doom and gloom......Now baron....do you remember 1989?...property values dropped by 50%....now i know you will ask that interest rates where at 18% back then,,,,...valid point.....But what is the difference now....back then the avergae home loan was 60k.....18% interest rate and wages were at 17k...lets compare it to now...average home loan 300k...interest rates at 8.25% and wages at 60k...
89= repayments 11k a year on 17k
07=repayments 27k a year on 60k...
with interest rates on the rise the gap will close..
Back to the stock market.....baron the markets give us warnings we had 1 in feb...which was a glitch...the 2nd was in aug. a 10%drop.....now the 3rd warning i could assume wont be as forgiving......we need to take note of such warnings,,,,,because when the big one comes there will be no bounce .....just bull trap after bull trap..
so if we work as a team we could avoid huge losses
