You still cannot have a cheque book in China, their banking system is not even ready for that.
(from what I understand)

China is most important to us, but you can see the reaction today on our markets, started strong, and then citygroup squashed it.

The US markets dictate the wolrd, not saying that's how it should be, it probably shouldn't, but it is.

That is how it has been and how it still is.

Maybe this will change, but not tomorrow, if the DOW is flat overnight we will soar tomorrow.
