why is the 13500 so important, when the subprime issue come to a head before you were talking about 12000 or 12500 as the key figure.
is it just a technical figure, this subprime thing has been going on for some time, it is not new news, why don't the banks come out and tell the true figures, we get a drop and we move on.
Surely the US financial system can handle this, recession is the thing they are concerned about, and they are dropping rates,
