using technical forecasts by correlating todays movements to precursors from an era that relied heavily on floor trading seems to me about as reliable as guessing the outcome of a modern football final with all its marquee signings by analysing an early 80s club result.
nobody in here ever seems to factor in hi speed internet, biggest wildcard of the lot, big enough to bring the house down on it's own (as shown earlier this year), and big enough to keep it afloat when you least expect it.
my money's on US sinking through stupidity, ASX floating through an abundance of money and home traders with unlimited access to information.
