i believe the increas in WSA share price is largely driven by Jubilee shareholders reinvesting some of $ 23 per share which Xstrata has being paying to them since mid Feb
Hopefully in a few weeks we will see Hamanis ( Jubilee founder and great mates with Streeter )appear as a substantial shareholder and appointed as a director.
If this happens then you will see a real explosion of WSA share price.
