Thats the problem Kosmos OBL has to reach a critical mass before people will start to take notice. The recent release about OBL getting a report sent to other small oilers isnt going to help. They need funds in the immediate future and the fact no one is interested in the permits means the poor old shareholder will get hit up again for funds to further dilute the shares on issue.
