Massive cash flow, expense tightening, slow growth (at least growth), % of profits paid out as dividends, franking credits, liquidity of shares, conservative asset base, world class management, strong Australian economy, do you want me to continue? Dream on, with grossed up yields over 10% with the latest dividend having grown over 6%, $15 share price??? I don't think so...
