He was expelled as I said, and the school did try to have him charged but after meetings with my grandparents etc they dropped that. Apparently Dad was sticking up for another kid that was being picked on by the teacher, so I don't think the school was going to come out looking great if it was made public.
I never believed that story as a kid until I was about 10 I think and his mum started telling us about all the 'naughty' things my Dad did as a kid - sure enough . . . lol
