my goodness what am i missing

the hard question that needs to be asked is this:


What is PH Worth?

What are the rest of the assets worth??

Minmetals were prepared to pay 3.8 billion total.


So say its equal amount 1.9 billion each side

then ozl make a choice sell ph, pay off debt have 600 mill in the bank to complete martabe etc (that leaves a value of 90c + per share and potential when base metals rebound to regain some money


or sell all other assets , keep ph have no debt and 600 mill in the bank


you can adjust the figures either way to work out the outcome.

i dont understand all these reports saying shareholders will get nothing etc ph worth 30c per share etc

what am i missing here??????
